Refunds & Cancellation

1. Digital service, no shipping
Picrly is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered electronically. There is no physical shipping involved. Service access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
2. Pro plan — 7-day money-back guarantee
The Pro plan is a recurring subscription billed at $19/month or $190/year (USD) via Razorpay International.
- Within 7 days of your first Pro charge, you may request a full refund for any reason. No questions asked. Email hello@picrly.comfrom the address on your account with subject “Refund request”.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment instrument within 5–10 business days, subject to bank processing times. We don’t charge any cancellation fee.
- The 7-day window applies to your first Pro charge only. Subsequent renewal charges are not refundable on a no-questions basis but may be refunded at our discretion in exceptional cases (technical failure, billing error, etc.) within the same 7-day window from that specific charge.
3. Pro cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period— you keep Pro access until then, and we don’t bill you again.
Cancellation does not delete your account or your project data. To delete those too, see our Data Deletion Policy.
4. Lifetime plan — 7-day money-back guarantee
The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment of $99 USD (or the current price if you bought after the founding-100 cap), in exchange for perpetual access to Pro-equivalent features.
- Within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund for any reason. Email hello@picrly.comfrom the address on your account with subject “Lifetime refund”. Your founding-member slot is returned to the pool.
- After 7 days, all Lifetime sales are final and non-refundable. There are no exceptions, including for non-use, change of mind, or product changes.
5. Free plan
The Free plan is, well, free. There is nothing to refund. You may stop using it at any time and delete your account from your dashboard.
6. Failed renders & service incidents
If a render fails through no fault of yours, the failed render is not counted against your monthly quota — the counter decrements automatically. We do not generally issue cash refunds for failed renders, because no characters or render time were billable; you simply re-attempt with no usage cost.
If a billing error or duplicate charge occurs (e.g. you were charged twice for the same subscription month), email us within 30 days and we’ll refund the duplicate charge promptly.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback through your card issuer. Most billing concerns are resolved by email within 24 hours. Chargebacks initiated without giving us a chance to refund directly incur a Razorpay processing fee that we may pass on to the user account, and may result in account suspension under §3.3 of our Terms of Service.
8. Tax and statutory record retention
When we issue a refund, the corresponding payment record is not deleted from our financial books. Indian tax law (Income-Tax Act + GST rules) requires us to retain transaction records for 8 years even after refund. The refund itself is recorded as a credit note alongside the original invoice.
